Switch from Arka 360
Move to SurgePV without redrawing your projects: we redraw them, you approve each one
1. The offer
2. Does it fit you?

LB02
Small India account: Shivalik Energy can start today
Shivalik Energy in Dehradun, 2 seats, 14 projects, Arka ends 11 Nov. 0 full months left + 2 = 2 free months from 11 Nov, so the first invoice is 11 Jan 2027. 10 of the 14 projects are covered, and the sample PDF has been read and matched to the template.

LB03
Large ROW account: Stage Zero Solar talks to us first
Stage Zero Solar in Cape Town pays $1,000 a month for Arka and has 61 projects. Over 25 projects, the page confirms only what is fixed (USD seat price, 2 free months from 3 Nov, 10 redraws) and books a 30-minute call to agree the rest.
3. Move your projects

LB04
Add projects: paste Arka links or upload PDFs, set the order
Day 0. Paste Arka links or drop proposal PDFs, drag to set the order, and mark what is urgent. The top 5 are due in 7 days, the next 5 in 14. Projects 11 to 14 sit below the line. Every file and link gets a check, and one PDF is still uploading.

LB05
Stage Zero after the call: 22 redrawn, 39 kept as PDF
After the scoping call, Stage Zero sees the split it agreed: projects in sales and being built are redrawn (10 included, 12 extra at $50), and 39 installed projects keep their PDF attached to the customer. They accept and pay $600 for the extras.
4. Redraws and review

LB06
Progress: who is drawing each project and when it is back
Day 4. 2 of 10 done, one ready for review, two being drawn (with the designer's name and return date), four queued with start dates, one waiting for a file with its clock paused. A feed shows what happened and when.

LB07
Review a redraw beside your Arka PDF, then approve
Pinecrest hostel: the Arka PDF page next to the SurgePV 3D design. Modules, kWp, tilt, azimuth and inverter all match; yield is 1.9% higher and the reason is given. It shows how each Arka item was set up in SurgePV. Approve, or ask for a change.

LB08
Phone: redraw updates on WhatsApp
Updates arrive on WhatsApp: approved, ready to review, who is drawing what this week, and a file we can't read. The installer replies with the PDF from site, asks if it went through, and gets a clear receipt with the new due date.
5. Feel at home

LB09
The Arka-look proposal template, with your logo
The org proposal template set up from the sample PDF: pages in the Arka order, the rest hidden, the Shivalik logo and colours, and values printed on every bar graph by default. Light or dark, portrait or landscape, default for new proposals.

LB10
What the homeowner gets: the proposal and the 3D view
Mr. Negi's proposal from Shivalik Energy as he opens it: Monthly Savings with rupee values on every bar, System Pricing with the PM Surya Ghar subsidy, payback and EMI, a button to his roof in 3D, the PDF, and a WhatsApp link to the installer.

LB11
Structures: your Arka setups as editable presets
Every structure type is editable per subarray. Our team saved 3 presets that match what Shivalik's Arka projects used, with the Arka name beside each. Arka-style fixed tilt, carport and ground mount are marked as coming.

LB12
Where did it go? Arka tasks mapped to SurgePV
A guide by task: what your team did every day in Arka and where it lives in SurgePV, with a short note for each. Three things that work differently are called out, and a person answers questions during the first 14 days.
6. Day 1 to day 14

LB13
First new project designed in SurgePV
Day 6. Ankit designs Dobhal Residence, 4.64 kWp, on his own. The default preset 'Shivalik elevated 1.2 m' is already on the subarray, every structure field is editable, and a short tip points to the next step.

LB14
Day 14: projects moved, proposals sent, team and licences
The day before Arka ends: 10 of 10 projects moved, 3 new projects, 4 proposals sent with the Arka-look template, a second designer on the team, 2 of 2 licences in use, and the milestones from day 1 to day 14.
7. Also in SurgePV

LB15
Four things to try in your first month
Things in the plan today, shown on the installer's own redrawn projects: semi-automatic stringing, SLD with cable schedule, CAD and PDF export of the layout, and conduit and cable tray routes. Tax benefit on pricing and CRM are listed as coming.

LB16
SLD and cable schedule on a moved project
Himgiri Cold Store, 120.06 kWp, redrawn from Arka: the single-line diagram with title block, and the cable schedule with length, size, installation method and voltage drop per cable. One long DC string is over the 1.5% limit and the next size up is suggested.
8. When something goes wrong

LB17
A file we can't redraw from
Kandari's Arka CSV has a parts list but no roof outline or panel positions. The page shows what was checked, which Arka exports work instead, and that the redraw and its date are held until 5 Nov.

LB18
A 5.8 MWp ground site goes to design services
SIDCUL Haridwar is over the 5 MWp limit for redraws, so it goes to Heaven Green Energy's design services team. A written quote with a 6-working-day delivery is ready; no redraw is used, and declining keeps the PDF as an archive.

LB19
A redraw that does not match the Arka file
Aarogya Clinic came back with 140 modules against 147 in the PDF (4.8% lower). The page shows why: one Arka structure spans the stair room, which SurgePV can't draw as one structure yet. The installer picks: 147 with a second subarray on the stair-room roof, keep 140, or call the designer.
